Since 2020, Nuova Osba has been part of Rino Mastrotto.

Following the entry into force of the Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, n. 231, a regime of “administrative liability” was introduced for the first time in our legal system for companies, foundations and associations, even those without legal personality. Nuova Osba S.r.l. has adopted its own organisation, management and control model compliant with the requirements of this legislation.
The adaptation process was carried out taking into account the dictates of the Legislative Decree of 8 June 2001, n. 231.
